Former President Donald Trump leveled pointed criticism at his successor, saying that corruption allegations surrounding the family of President Joe Biden were “100 times bigger than Watergate.” Trump made the statement during a speech to the Faith & Freedom Coalition this weekend.
The former president began his remarks by citing recently released information from an IRS whistleblower.
Trump said that the whistleblower “revealed that Crooked Joe sat in a room while his son Hunter messaged a Chinese Communist Party official and said quote, “I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight.”
The president’s son allegedly said that if he received a text from other than the businessman or chairman, “I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows, you will REGRET not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”
Trump said that “within ten days, the Bidens collected $5.1 million from China for no reason.”
He added that the Biden family had received “tens of millions of dollars from China.”

“Joe Biden is a totally compromised president because they’re bribing him,” Trump said. “They know all the money they’ve given and it’s far greater than anyone has been able to understand.”
He referenced the efforts by House Republicans, especially Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Rep. James Comer (R-KY) to determine the number and amounts of payments to the Biden family.
The former president also referenced the recent anniversary of the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
Trump said, “I’m proud to be the most pro-life president in American history.”
“From my first day in office, I took historic action to protect the unborn, very historic,” the former president said. “Nobody else did anything near what we did.”
Trump’s comments elicited significant applause from the audience.
