TRUMP Appears With NO BANDAGE
After being injured in an assassination attempt, Donald Trump called Kamala Harris a “bum” in a fiery Florida address Friday.
At a Turning Point Action meeting in West Palm Beach, the 78-year-old former president slammed the 59-year-old vice president. “Three weeks ago, she was a bum.” Trump called his likely Democratic opponent in the 2024 presidential run “a failed VP, in a failed administration, with millions of people crossing and she was the Border Czar.”
The former president also called Harris, who has enough delegate support to become Democratic nominee, “worse than Joe Biden and in a true sense much more liberal.”
There are several ways to say her name. They told me, “Comma-la, Kah-mala.” Trump said. The latter is always used, which is erroneous. “I said, ‘Don’t worry’,” he continued, “what I say doesn’t matter. I don’t care if I mispronounce it.”
Trump focused on the assassination attempt that left him with a graze wound on his right ear, besides criticizing Harris. Trump covered the wound with a bandage until Friday.
He told Turning Point Action attendees that he removed the bandage “for this group.”
“As I think you can see, I’ve recovered well and, in fact, just took the last bandage off my ear,” Trump stated, “I don’t know why I did that for this group, but that’s all. I hope that’s it.”
Trump has repeatedly criticized Biden since he withdrew his re-election effort Sunday and supported Harris to lead the Democratic ticket. He called Harris “Lyin Kamala Harris” on Wednesday after accusing her of incompetence. Trump told The Post on Monday that the former California attorney general was “vicious and dumb.”
“It’s a bad combination,” he remarked. Harris hit back at her opponent at her first campaign rally this week. In a Milwaukee, Wisconsin speech Tuesday, she said she has expertise prosecuting “predators who abused women, fraudsters who ripped off consumers, cheaters who broke the rules for their gain.” Harris stated, “So hear me when I say I know Donald Trump’s type,” sparking “Lock him up!” screams.
