The Fake News has been called out yet again! Former Trump White House press secretary Sean Spicer laid down the law on Sunday, calling out CNN for their refusal to ask Democrat guests about the grave offense of so-called ‘election denial’ despite their constant beratement of Republicans who raise questions about the integrity of our elections.
There are numerous examples of this. One recent article written by CNN attacking conservatives for ‘election denial was titled “Glenn Youngkin defends support of election denier Kari Lake in Arizona,” for instance. Another was called, “Election denier Kari Lake has a real shot of winning a swing state governorship.”
The “news” outlet even released a piece titled, “A guide to the election deniers in midterm races.”
“Facts First,” reads a pretentious banner at the top of the page.
CNN made no efforts to pose similar questions to Democrat Hakeem Jeffries, who announced a plan last week to make a bid for House leader of the party in wake of Nancy Pelosi’s plan to retire after doing it for 20 years.
Breitbart News pointed out that Jeffries has a history full of ‘election denial’.
“The more we learn about 2016 election the more ILLEGITIMATE it becomes. America deserves to know whether we have a FAKE President in the Oval Office #RussianInterference,” Jeffries posted on social media in 2018.
Sean Spicer decided to see if CNN would at the very least ask Jeffries about his own past of not accepting the results of a major election.
“Heads up @CNNSotu the likely new leader of House Dems – election denier @RepJeffries – is on your show tomorrow- maybe ask about this,” said Spicer as he shared several of Jeffries’ past tweets.

Jeffries ended up being interviewed by CNN’s Jake Tapper on Sunday. Tapper made no attempt to ask about his past of so-called ‘election denial.’
“NADA Over a 2 segment infomercial/interview with incoming House Dem leader @RepJeffries on @CNNSotu @jaketapper asked ZERO questions about his history of election denial In fact it was Jeffries that brought the subject up – twice – and still nothing,” the former press secretary tweeted Sunday.
Jeffries announced his desire to be the Democrat minority leader last Friday.
It appears Jeffries is no fan of the opposing party. The Democrat wrote a letter to House Democrats in which he said that if Republicans continue to “major in demagoguery and minor in disinformation, their bankruptcy of ideas must be aggressively exposed on an ongoing basis.”
Senior House Democrats Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD) and Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) have endorsed Jeffries for the position, per Breitbart News.
