Lenny Hochstein, the renowned plastic surgeon, has officially severed his marital ties and is embracing a carefree lifestyle, openly flaunting his new romantic connection. The doctor, who recently finalized his divorce from Lisa Hochstein, a prominent figure from the “Real Housewives” franchise, was spotted dancing and intimately interacting with Katharina Mazepa from the balcony of his opulent Miami mansion on Friday night.
Hochstein was hosting a glamorous Art Basel party organized by Nylon magazine and presented by e.l.f. Cosmetics at his lavish Star Island estate. Despite the presence of a packed crowd of partygoers, he did not hesitate to revel in his personal enjoyment.

Page Six observed the doctor dancing in close proximity to his former fiancée, with whom he appears to have rekindled his romantic relationship, as they have been witnessed being “all over each other” at multiple Art Basel events this week.
In September, Lenny confirmed to Page Six that he had terminated the engagement, adding, “I have decided to move forward with my life.” However, he expressed well-wishes for the Austrian model, 29, stating, “I have nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family.”
Lenny’s affection and admiration for Mazepa were on full display when Ludacris took the stage as the special guest performer. The Atlanta-based rapper energized the plastic surgeon and fellow partygoers with a medley of his hit songs, including “What’s Your Fantasy,” “Act a Fool,” and “Move Bitch.”
Ludacris, 47, appeared to be having such an enjoyable time that he extended his set and began accepting fan requests, leading to an impromptu performance of his 2010 collaboration with Justin Bieber, “Baby.”
Other celebrities present in the audience included Camila Cabello, Janelle Monáe, and DJ John Summit.
Mazepa attempted to capture the lively moments by taking selfies with her beau. She also bent down and engaged in provocative dancing while Lenny happily observed the performance from his balcony.
Prior to filing for divorce from Lisa in 2022, the “Boob God” was known for hosting wild parties with his then-wife, and their Halloween bash was a highly anticipated annual event in Magic City.
While Lenny continues these traditions without Lisa, 42, she was forced to move out of the lavish mega-mansion they shared with their two children last year. A source revealed to Page Six in September 2023 that the doctor “made the move really uncomfortable. She was trying to do her best to get everything done,” further claiming, “He kept interfering. He should have been at work.”
However, the “Real Housewives of Miami” star has since relocated to a luxurious Miami Beach condo boasting five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, 10-foot ceilings, and a monthly rent of $32,000.

In November, the former couple settled their divorce, with Lenny ordered to pay Lisa $15,000 per month in child support for their children, Logan, 8, and Ella, 3. He will also provide spousal support per their prenuptial agreement.
The judgment does not appear to include future invitations to Lenny’s parties, as Lisa was not present at his Basel fête on Friday night.
