Republican senators are criticizing President Joe Biden for the disgraceful way he is handling the U.S. southern border. The GOP senators’ anger at Biden boiled over after reports suggested border officials encountered 251,487 illegal aliens at the southern border in December. That figure surpassed 179,253 in December 2021 and 73,994 in December 2020.
While reporting to the latest reports, Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) sent out a tweet calling for Biden and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas to resign.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) maintained that the southern border has been an “absolute catastrophe” since Biden took office.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) revealed that over 1 million illegal immigrants have escaped border patrol since Biden took office. Jordan said the figure is the entire population of “Cleveland, Ohio and Alaska combined.
At least, 1.2 MILLION illegal aliens have escaped Border Patrol since Joe Biden took office.

Jordan made the statement in reaction to a Fox News report where border agents confirmed that 1.2 million illegal migrants “got away” from authorities while crossing the border under Biden’s administration.
According to Fox News, terror suspects and organizations are now taking advantage of the border crisis as terror watchlist apprehensions from less than ten every year under former President Donald Trump to 98 in just 2022.

The official Twitter account of the House Homeland GOP revealed that there have been more than 4.5 million illegal immigrant encounters at the southwest border since Biden took office.

Arizona’s Yuma County Supervisor Jonathan Lines, whose city is on the brink of collapse due to the rising number of illegal immigrants, said Biden needs to change his border policy. Lines added that the number of illegal immigrants crossing into the U.S. under Biden “supersedes” those of any other president before him.
“… They’re coming because they said that Biden told them to come, that we have an open border,” Lines said. “It will only get worse with Biden’s policies. He needs to reassess.”
