Judge Blasts Hunter Biden For Hiding Income In Child Support Dispute

Hunter Biden showed up to a court in Arkansas Monday, hoping that he could receive a reduced burden on his child support payments.

Things did not go too well for the president’s son. During his appearance, the judge put him and his legal team on blast for allegedly shielding key details in filings that were handed over to the court.

Biden’s child support payments have been going to ex-stripper Lunden Roberts, who is the mother of Biden’s 4-year-old daughter, according to The New York Post. He was reportedly ordered to deliver files about his financial situation after he reopened his paternity case in September of last year in an effort to lessen his required payment of $20,000 a month.

Reporters who asked questions outside of the courthouse appeared unable to receive any sort of answer from Hunter Biden, as was seen in a video shared to Twitter by Simon Ateba, who serves as the Chief White House Correspondent for Today News Africa.

As was reported by RedState, Roberts’ attorney filed a 12-page discovery motion last week alleging that Biden is faking his inability to keep up with the current demanded child support payments.

“Biden claims to be nothing more than a Yale educated attorney/artist who is somewhat financially destitute and needs his child support adjusted,” read the motion. “However, for an artist living on meager means, Mr. Biden is living lavishly. He travels the world on the safest and most comfortable airplane in existence — Air Force One.”

In the wake of Biden’s request to fork over less cash, Judge Holly Meyer created an order Monday for Hunter to answer numerous questions surrounding his finances, including investments, his art dealings, and other monetary transactions. According to Roberts’ lawyer, only “incomplete answers” have been received thus far.

Roberts has been duking it out with Biden over the paternity controversy for quite some time now — the legal battle first began in 2019 after Roberts launched a paternity suit against Biden.

The filing commenced in May, later being updated with a DNA test that apparently proved Biden had fathered the child.

“DNA testing has established with scientific certainty that the defendant is the father of the plaintiff’s child,” a Nov. 2019 motion reportedly read.
