Joe Rogan’s Advice To Americans Hammered By Pandemic: “Vote Republican”

During an even larger than normal episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast, host Joe Rogan on Saturday told Americans who suffered the most from the COVID-19 lockdowns, mandates, and economic contractions to “vote Republican” in November.

The episode drew even greater attention than normal for the country’s most successful podcaster, as he had NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers as his guest. Rodgers received immense media attention last football season when he declined the COVID vaccine and missed a game during the season due to infection.

During the three-hour episode, Rogan and Rodgers discussed the corporate media’s obsession with pushing the vaccines and the ways in which hypocritical politicians violated the strict lockdown rules they imposed on ordinary citizens.

Rogan noted that “no one who is alive today has ever experienced a true pandemic” and said that he hopes now that “people are going to recognize that some serious errors were made and not repeat those.”

At one point, Rodgers asked Rogan what he would tell people who lost their livelihoods because of the government’s overreach to do. Rogan immediately responded, “Vote Republican.”

Rogan also cited the positive response that Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has gotten from people who recognize the relentless and unfair criticism he has received from the liberal corporate media.

He pointed out that real people loved his approach of keeping Florida open while working to protect the elderly and medically vulnerable and making pandemic-related healthcare available to all residents.

Rogan said in addition to the policies put in place by DeSantis, he said “everyone else should be able to do whatever you want to do and protect your freedom.”

The Daily Wire observed on Monday in reporting on the Rogan comments that many Americans have been changing their party affiliation in their voter registrations. An analysis it cited shows that over 1 million voters in 43 states researched have switched registration to the Republican Party.

There are many possible factors leading to the change in affiliation, including the Democrat Party’s COVID-19 response and Joe Biden’s disastrous economic and border security policies.

Republican National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel said in June that suburban America will continue trending more toward Republicans. She said voters are “flocking to the GOP in droves” because Biden and his party are “woefully out of touch with the American people.”

A media research analysis earlier this year estimated that Rogan’s podcast averages about 11 million listeners per episode.
