Transportation Security Administration (TSA) implemented a program in 2021 that allowed illegal immigrants to bypass regular security lines at airports, according to a document obtained by officials from the previous Trump administration.
This previously undisclosed policy permitted illegal migrants to present various documents issued by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), such as arrest warrants, court appearance notices, and alien booking records, which granted them expedited access through security checkpoints. These documents could be displayed electronically, allowing illegal immigrants to show photos or screenshots on their devices to TSA agents, who were instructed to permit their passage.

Journalist Breanna Morello revealed this information, stating that while TSA officials claimed such documents did not exist during Biden’s tenure, the Trump administration has since provided her access to this information through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.
According to Morello, the Biden administration jeopardized national security by dispersing unvetted illegal aliens across the country, raising concerns about potential terrorists residing among the population. Other journalists captured videos of government-hired escorts ushering illegal migrants past waiting Americans at airports.
The TSA document justifies the policy as a measure to reduce delays caused by migrants without proper identification documents, stating: “The influx of illegals without IDs places a severe burden on TSA checkpoints when attempting to vet multiple individuals.” It further boasts about the improved efficiency, claiming an “88.50% reduction of average cycle time per individual” compared to previous procedures.
NEW: @TSA has a policy effective February 2021 if you enter the country illegally during the Biden/Harris regime- the illegal alien does NOT have to show any government ID. (View video)

However, with the border inflow forced down to almost zero under President Trump’s revived security policies, this 2021 policy may be discontinued.
Biden’s deputies, particularly border chief Alejandro Mayorkas, welcomed nine million southern migrants, opposing borders and attempting to aid Democrat-aligned investors by expanding the economy with additional low-wage workers, consumers, and renters.
