Hunter Biden Reportedly Aided Ukrainian Oligarch’s Visa Application

Hunter Biden reportedly aided a Ukrainian oligarch in receiving a visa to the United States around the same time that his family was receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars in payments from the Eastern European country.

According to emails purportedly from Hunter Biden’s laptop, he and business colleagues worked to get Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky an American visa after being named to the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma.

The younger Biden reportedly received more than $80,000 per month to serve on the board during his father’s tenure as vice president, despite having no prior energy sector experience.

The emails allegedly reveal difficulties in obtaining a visa for Zlochevsky due to an ongoing corruption investigation.

Hunter Biden and business allies emailed the U.S. State Department in an effort to receive the visa. According to one Ukrainian’s email, the name of “H. Biden” would cause the American embassy to “consider carefully that application.”

The Biden family’s ties to Ukraine have come under particular scrutiny during the investigation of the House Oversight Committee. The committee has probed the younger Biden’s tenure at Burisma, as well as a potential bribe paid to the family from an official at the energy company.

The Oversight Committee reviewed an FBI document in which an informant stated that the Ukrainian energy official said that he considered a $5 million bribe to both Hunter and Joe Biden.

Furthermore, the family’s dealings in Ukraine also came as Hunter Biden was allegedly involved in a number of other foreign business schemes.

The Biden family allegedly received $1 million from a Romanian oligarch under investigation for corruption.

Furthermore, the president’s son claimed that his father was in the room with him during a series of text messages with a Chinese businessman. A firm tied to Hunter Biden and Joe Biden’s brother James allegedly received millions in payment from Chinese sources following the text messages.

“I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father,” Hunter Biden reportedly wrote.

The latest puzzle piece also came after testimony from an IRS whistleblower which alleged that the Department of Justice (DOJ) may have interfered with the investigation into the president’s son.
