Felony Warrant Issued For Biden Official After Another Luggage Stealing Incident

The gender-confused Biden administration official in charge of nuclear waste policy was accused of stealing luggage at an airport for the second time in three months, according to state court records.

Samuel Brinton, the Department of Energy’s (DOE) deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposition, was charged Thursday with grand larceny of an item valued between $1,200 and $5,000, reported Fox News.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Brinton, who is one of the few federal officials to be both gender-confused and self-identify as “nonbinary.”

The deputy secretary faced a similar situation just last month when he was charged with a felony after he allegedly stole designer luggage at the Minneapolis airport.

As the New York Post, which calls Brinton “they” rather than referring to him as his correct gender, which is male, reported:

A Biden administration employee – and one of the federal government’s first gender non-binary officials – has been accused of stealing a traveler’s luggage from the Minneapolis airport in September.

Sam Brinton, the deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposition at the DOE’s Office of Nuclear Energy, was charged with felony theft after allegedly snatching a Vera Bradley suitcase reportedly worth $2,325 from baggage claim at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport on Sept. 16, according to court documents.

Brinton, who uses they/them pronouns, was captured on surveillance video grabbing the luggage and removing its ID tag identifying the owner, the filings state.

They were later seen using the Vera Bradley suitcase on at least two occasions, while traveling to Washington, DC on Sept. 18 and Oct. 9, investigators said.

Brinton was reportedly placed on leave from the Department of Energy after his controversy in Minneapolis.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson covered the incident on his show. He noted that Brinton has posted nude photos on Instagram and that there is a picture floating around of himself standing over college students wearing fetish masks.

Brinton at first told police officers that he did not steal the suitcase, but later claimed it was taken by accident and still in his possession, according to the New York Post.

“If I had taken the wrong bag, I am happy to return it, but I don’t have any clothes for another individual,” he reportedly said to an officer. “That was my clothes when I opened the bag.”

He then called the officer back a couple of hours later and admitted he was not being “completely honest.”

The so-called “non-binary” Biden official has been placed on leave, according to a DOE spokesperson.

The DOE has refused to offer a reason for the leave or say if Brinton is still being paid via taxpayer money, per Fox News.
