Don Lemon Calls Republicans Fascists and Defends Biden – CNN Career Might Be Over

CNN host Don Lemon defended President Joe Biden in his latest hate speech directed at Republicans across the United States.

On Sept 1, the president gave a tyrannical speech in Philadelphia, demonizing anyone who disagreed with his leftist agenda. He proceeded to degrade Republicans who voted for Trump and made it clear he plans to divide the country as much as possible.

“And now America must choose to move forward, or to move backward; to build a future or obsess about the past; to be a nation of hope and unity and optimism, or a nation of fear, division, and of darkness,” Biden said while standing in front of a demonic-looking red background.

“MAGA Republicans have made their choice. They embrace anger, they thrive on chaos, they live not in the light of truth but in the shadow of lies — but together, together we can choose a different path,” he continued.

He continued his attack on Republicans by saying, “While the threat to American democracy is real, I want to say as clearly as we can, we are not powerless in the face of these threats. We are not bystanders in this ongoing attack on democracy. There are far more Americans … who reject the extreme-MAGA ideology than those that accept it. And folks, it’s within our power — it’s within our hands to stop the assault on American democracy.”

Lemon discussed Biden’s speech with colleagues Scott Jennings and Natasha Alford, questioning whether the “unifying message” behind President Biden’s” dictator comments could be that “some of what he’s saying is true.”

Jennings argued that Biden’s message was the opposite of unifying the country.

Lemon disagreed and hailed the president’s message as truth, agreeing that anyone who votes Republican is a fascist.

“Can the unifying message be that some of what he’s saying is true? Because there are a lot of people, I got to tell you, Scott, there are a lot of folks that go ‘where’s the lie? I don’t see it. No lies detected,'” Lemon responded.

Jennings said just because someone chooses to vote Republican does not mean they should be considered fascists.

“He did not call all Republicans fascists,” Lemon said. “He said MAGA Republicans.” However, Biden called “extreme MAGA philosophy” the same as “semi-fascism” during a fundraiser last week.

“What we’re seeing now is either the beginning or the death knell of an extreme MAGA philosophy,” Biden said. “It’s not just Trump; it’s the entire philosophy that underpins the — I’m going to say something, it’s like semi-fascism.”

As CNN’s rating continues to plunder, Lemon’s extremist comments might be enough to alienate more viewers and potentially cost him his job.
