Chris Wallace Just Declared This Biden Claim “Dumbest” He’s Ever Heard

Democrat media outlets are dipping their toes in the water of bashing President Joe Biden. At some point, they can’t hide from it, and if former President Donald Trump taught us anything, it’s that most news networks are “fake news.”

Democrats have been claiming that the Democrat’s $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill will cost Americans $0. That’s a lie, and anyone with elementary-level math can tell them that someone will send you an invoice when you add money to the money already owed.

Biden said in a tweet, “Instead of wasting money on tax breaks, loopholes, and tax evasion for big corporations and the wealthy, we can make a once-in-a-generation investment in working America.”

No, Joe, you’re mistaken. The massive spending bills have ridiculous spending like hundreds of millions of dollars to eliminate invasive plant species. That’s not what America needs. That’s only to touch on some of the wasteful spendings that Democrats “have to have.”

Chris Wallace lambasted Democrats’ plan by telling Cedric Richmond, Senior Advisor to the President and Director of the White House Office of Public Engagement, and it’s free.

“I’ve got to put a stop to you there. It is completely free. It costs that much money, whether it costs three and a half-trillion dollars, two trillion dollars, or one and a half-trillion dollars. You can pay for it now by borrowing or raising taxes on corporations and the affluent, but it will not be free,” Wallace said.

Nobody in their right mind would argue that spending money is free. If the federal government spent $1, they would make sure that taxpayers funded it. Democrats are 100% dishonest with their assessment, and it goes deeper than just taxing the wealthy and big corporations.

If corporations pay more, then the consumer pays more. There’s no situation where corporations would choose to eat the cost of higher taxes without raising their prices. In turn, Americans will pay more taxes on products because the cost of the goods will rise. Spending more money may not increase the tax percentage, but it will raise the tax amount on the item. That’s the simplest way to explain how Americans will inevitably pay more taxes when corporation tax is raised.

Democrats want to sell Americans on the idea that the trillions will even create more jobs, but it may not even do that. Businesses can’t even get enough employees as is and if Biden thinks he can cause a bump start to the job market, then spending trillions to get it done is a risky endeavor.
