Biden’s Radical Leftist Priorities Place Transgenderism Over Murdered Christians

This week, Joe Biden once again proclaimed a national “Transgender Day of Visibility,” marking his third time making such a proclamation as president. The declaration celebrates transgender and nonbinary Americans, acknowledging their contributions to the nation and urging the elimination of violence and discrimination against these individuals. Vice President Kamala Harris and first lady Jill Biden have also supported the transgender community through their public statements and events this week.

Despite this empathy and focus on the transgender community, Biden has shown an alarming lack of sensitivity and care towards the victims of this week’s Nashville Christian school shooting, which left three innocent 9-year-old children and three school staff members dead. Instead of offering comfort and addressing the country’s mental health crisis and anti-Christian sentiment, Biden has used the tragedy to push for his controversial “assault weapons ban” and make partisan jabs at Republicans.

The president’s failure to address the issue of how the shooter, Audrey Hale, a mentally ill and suicidal transgender individual, was able to legally purchase seven firearms before the attack is concerning. Furthermore, his administration’s obsession with transgender issues and encouraging puberty blockers and surgeries for children is fueling a cultural crisis that may have dangerous consequences.

While the administration focuses on promoting transgender rights, states like Florida are enacting legislation to protect children from activists attempting to spread gender confusion. The Florida legislation, which Biden has attacked, prevents schools from propagandizing children aged 4-9 about gender identity and sexual orientation without parental knowledge. This legislation is a response to parents’ concerns and a pushback against a multi-billion-dollar industry that profits from harmful treatments for young children.

Adults with gender dysphoria deserve compassion and understanding, but subjecting children to puberty-blocking drugs and surgeries is irresponsible. Doctors used to adopt a “watch and wait” stance, as most gender questioning resolves itself through puberty. However, this restraint seems missing in today’s heated cultural environment.

The Nashville shooter’s actions and the “Trans Day of Vengeance” protest that was canceled due to safety concerns after the shooting demonstrate the volatile situation in America. President Biden must address these issues with care and sensitivity instead of fostering division and perpetuating a dangerous narrative.

The tragic events in Nashville should serve as a wake-up call for the Biden administration to reassess its priorities and focus on finding solutions that protect all citizens, regardless of gender identity. Furthermore, it is essential to work together to create a more inclusive and safer environment for everyone rather than encouraging division and hostility. The well-being of all Americans, including the vulnerable children and families impacted by such tragedies, must be a priority over any radical leftist agenda.
