More and more state-level politicians are standing up against the COVID-19 mandates and the panic mode ignited by leftist media outlets. Some governors haven’t shut down their citizens’ businesses or mandated them to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Arizona Governor Asa Hutchinson (R-AZ) was on Meet The Press with Chuck Todd, and his response to COVID-19 questions was perfect for driving toward the future.
Todd asked about the seasonal trend of COVID-19 and what should be done.
Hutchinson responded, “And I do feel that we need to shift from a pandemic status and mode of operation to more endemic, where we’re normalizing, taking it very seriously, preparing, but I also believe that we need to shift out of panic mode. We need to deal with this so that we can go about our normal lives.”
Thank God more governors are getting on board. The Democrat narrative of COVID-19 is collapsing and even more interesting. Democratic Governors realize that there’s no need for panic, and life should continue. Is it too late?
New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy (D-NJ) agreed with Hutchinson. Murphy said, “I concur with Governor Hutchinson. We’re not going to get this down to zero. We’ll have to figure out how to live with it.”
Murphy went after Atilis Gym in Bellmawr, New Jersey, and hit them with hefty fines, law enforcement chained their doors, and the owners even got arrested.
Ian Smith, a notable patriotic leader, business owner, and fitness enthusiast said, “Governor Murphy has done everything he can to shut us down. He has arrested my companion, and I have issued us over 60 citations, some of which are criminal. He fines us $15,497.76 per day that we are in business. Our fines amount more than $1.2 million, but Frank and I operate our gym every day.”
Smith has documented his journey on his Instagram page, backup page, and second backup page because he continues to get censored by Instagram for posting content that explains why he hasn’t shut down and what Murphy has done to stop him from operating his business keeping food on his table.
With the new revelations from Murphy, all fines should be dropped, and the New Jersey government should allow every business to operate in the state without restrictions or lockdowns. The pandemic is over, and Murphy knows it.
Part of what Smith has faced can be found on the Drinkin’ Bros Podcast, where he explains the troubles that he and his business partner were facing at the height of the COVID-19 lockdowns.
