To represent the American people is to express their views on a political level and put policies that reflect most Americans’ opinions. The United States isn’t a country where a politician should put force efforts that he believes are good for the country, but a representation of the American people as a whole. President Joe Biden’s administration is doing terribly in polls and even worse when it comes to their decisions to put the Federal Bureau of Investigations in charge of monitoring parents
According to The Center Square, 57% of Americans don’t agree with getting the FBI to investigate parents at school board meetings, and 19% approve of the decision. The other 24% aren’t aware of the decision or aren’t knowledgeable enough to decide. It can be tough to understand the involvement that the FBI is going to have. Here’s a breakdown.
In a memorandum, Attorney General Merrick B. Garland said, “Those who dedicate their time and energy to ensuring that our children receive a proper education in a safe environment deserve to be able to do their work without fear for their safety.” Seems innocent enough and relatively reasonable. The memorandum also outlined training created for School Boards to determine what constitutes threats and violence and when it should be reported. It also outlined the people who would be involved to include “the department’s Criminal Division, National Security Division, Civil Rights Division, the Executive Officer for U.S. Attorneys, the FBI, the Community Relations Service and the Officer of Justice Programs” to be involved in the creation of a task force.
All of this to create a task force to fight violence and threats in school board meetings while the southern border is a disaster and Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots of 2020 go unnoticed. It’s appalling and should be noted next time Americans vote.
The fact that this is even a consideration is frightening. Federal tax dollars are being used to target parents at school board meetings where they pay taxes for the school districts to teach their kids. And not to teach them social issues or force kids to inject an emergency use authorized vaccine, but to teach them skills for life and give them an education they deserve.
63.4% of Independents, 73.2% of Republicans, and 37.2% of Democrats oppose the new FBI directive, and you’ll see it in the 2022 midterm election. The wildly unpopular views that are being thrust into the spotlight are giving you a preview of Democrat policies that will be critical issues in the midterm elections and give a massive advantage to Republican candidates.
