Abysmal Comment By A 2024 GOP

The 2024 election campaign began as soon as the 2020 election was over, sparking new outrages and support for various candidates.

Kristi Noem (R-SD) just took her opportunity to bow out, at least in the eyes of the voter. Freedom is essential to the continuation of the United States, and Republican voters aren’t sparing an inch to new candidates for Presidency. With heavy ridicule, Joe Biden and his administration have destroyed Americans’ dismal outlook on the federal government.

Republicans are furious, as they should be. Medical freedom doesn’t stop where the government decides. Citizens can refuse a vaccine for multiple reasons, and all of those reasons are none of the government’s business. Noem, a small business owner herself, should know the value of liberty and government independence, and more importantly, how much her party values it.

So no vaccine passport, but you’re fired if you don’t get the Covid-19 vaccine if your employer tries to make you? The Covid-19 vaccination is in emergency use authorization and isn’t approved yet, so nobody can force you to get it, not even your employer.

According to 21 U.S. Code – Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies.

Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed:

I. The Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product

II. Of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and

III. Of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product and the alternatives to the available product and of their benefits and risks.

It would seem that small businesses wouldn’t want to violate federal law, so pay attention to the part that says “of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product.” So, no business can’t force employees to take an emergency to use authorized vaccines, nor can the government or schools.
J.D. Rucker from the Liberty Daily said it best, and he said, “the latest example of embracing Republican Establishment corporatism is abysmal. What’s worse is that she demonstrated her embrace of one of the most hated industries today among MAGA conservatives: Big Pharma.”

Noem’s attempt to educate sounded more like an authoritative attack on individual Liberty. Conservative values don’t align with that messaging, and it may have lost her the 2024 election opportunity. To win the conservative crowd, you have to be transparent with your words and your actions. Today’s politics isn’t hiding behind closed doors, it’s out in the open, and it’s revealed a lot about the politicians we thought we knew.
